Motorcycle Driving Course A1

Theory
The course will provide you with the theoretical preparation for the test. It includes online lessons as well as the study material for theory that you can work on independently. You will be given instructions on how to participate in these classes (remotely in the virtual classroom in Finnish) after you have enrolled into our student system and you can select the most convenient schedule from the available sessions.

The eas motorcycle driving theory course, included in the course pack, will prepare you for the motorcycle driving theoretical test. This is an essential element of your education and will help you pass the test. The test is a theory one. It consists of an exam written with 40 questions and two videos on hazard perception. You must complete at least 28 of the 40 questions correctly in order to pass the test.
Your eas test will usually be taken one month before you reach the age requirement for the license category you are training for. The test must be administered by an approved DVSA tester. If you fail your test on your first attempt then you have to wait at least 2 weeks before you can be eligible to take the test again.
If you have not passed your theory test before the date you begin your eas-practical training, we ask that you pay off any monetary course balance that is unpaid in order to prevent losing another student's reserved place in this course. If you fail the theory test on the date indicated in your schedule of training, we will be unable to book your resit and you will be required pay the resit fee at the time of making the booking.
Practical
Motorcycle driving courses also include practical classes. These are the most crucial parts of your learning process and can be spread out over a few weeks or months, based on your needs. This portion of the course will require your own motorcycle. It is essential to pick one that is easy for you to control and not too fast or heavy. A good place to begin is with the 50cc motorbike or scooter.
The practical test is the next stage after you have completed your theory training. It's divided into two parts: Module 1 and Module 2. The first section of Module 1 is a 40 minute road ride. The second section is an independent riding portion lasting 10 minutes. Both parts are required to get your license.
To prepare for your module 2 motorcycle test, you should practice basic maneuvers, such as the figure 8, slalom and emergency stop. Assessment

After successfully passing the test in module 1 and 2, you will be allowed to ride a motorbike that has up to 35 kW of power. This is the first step towards an A-license that is complete, and it will permit you to ride manual or automatic scooters or motorbikes.
It's important to keep in mind that your A1 license will only be valid for two years. After two years, you'll need to upgrade to an A2 license that gives you more freedom to drive.

Licensing

CBT is a mix of the theory and the practical. It helps you understand and apply the driving rules and regulations that you must obey when you are on the road. The course is broken down into three parts of 4 hours each. It lasts 12 hour. Each module must be completed before you can take the driving test to obtain your category A1 license. You must be over 18 years old age to pass this course.
To pass the theory test you must score at least 25 points. To pass the test, you must answer all the questions correctly. There are no chances to retake the test. The test lasts 45 minutes and can be taken at any TUV or Dekra branch of your choice.
The practical course is split into three parts that last for four hours each. You must be at least 18 years old in order to complete the practical course and to be able to operate an automobile of any size, ranging from a 50cc motorbike to the largest motorcycle that has an engine power of up to 35 kW. You must also demonstrate your ability to manage and control the vehicle in various situations, including taking over turning left or right or changing lanes.
After you have completed your theory and practical lessons, you are now ready to take your driving test to obtain the category A1 license. The test consists of a series of riding maneuvers on a motorbike that are given by the instructor.
